Return of the Rivergods!

May 23, 2021 / Rivergods / Leave a comment
Live music returns! We’re vaxed and relaxed; dipping our toes back in the water with a few shows in June! Check out our shows page for details. See you soon!

Welcome to the web home of The Rivergods, an original roots/folk/alt.country/ whatever outfit hailing from southern New England, known for their stellar songwriting, spot-on harmonies and moving live performances. The Rivergods have enjoyed over 25 years together as a band, and have been profiled/reviewed in No Depression, Blurt Online, Connecticut Magazine, Soundwaves, Boston Soundcheck and more. The Rivergods have seven albums out, all available for download at Bandcamp. No Depression says ”the most fun part of listening to (the band) is the Rivergods’ themselves… [their] confidence brims over on each song. They’re not cocky, nor are they too comfortable … they just know each other’s tricks and are having a grand old time doing a good thing.” But please, listen for yourself and decide! Look around, have a listen, get in touch, and by all means, come to a show. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for stopping by! –The Rivergods
